After spending time with it, I felt that it delivers exactly what it promises, although it’s definitely aimed at a specific type of learner.

The book is organized into around twenty business-related topics, making it easy to jump directly to the situations you need. Rather than teaching isolated words, it presents complete English phrases alongside their German translations. The sections cover everyday office communication such as meetings, presentations, project management, negotiations, customer service, finance, logistics, leadership, job interviews, human resources, marketing, and many other workplace situations.

One thing I appreciated from the beginning was the structure. Each chapter concentrates on a particular business setting instead of mixing unrelated expressions together. It feels organized in a way that respects the reader’s time.

At one point I found myself wanting short pronunciation tips for some of the longer business expressions. That’s not a major criticism, but it would have made independent study slightly easier.

Final Thoughts
